The Micro Fire Department Volunteer Firefighter Program is open to those 18 and older who are ready to step up and serve their community. As a volunteer firefighter, you’ll receive full training, gain hands-on experience, and play a critical role in protecting lives and property in Micro. No prior experience is needed—just a commitment to making a difference.

For those 15 and older, the Junior Firefighter Program offers a head start in the fire service. This program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to learn the fundamentals of firefighting while building teamwork and leadership skills.
